Jeff Kuester, founder of CAD Details and Design brings twenty four years of experience to his firm. Prior to founding his business, he worked for Schucker Iron Works Inc., Traylor Bros. Construction, Southern Ohio Fabricators and CINFAB of Cincinnati, Ohio. He has experience in the welding of fabricated structural steel, repair and the modification of various types of construction equipment.

In 1990 he began his career in AutoCAD at CINFAB INC. He was responsible for the layout of sheet metal installation from mechanical, piping, plumbing, structural, architectural design drawings and SMACNA standards. He was also responsible for coordinating operations with other subcontractors and vendors to check for correct specifications and quantities for release. While at CINFAB, he worked on projects for the Childrens Hospital, University of Cincinnati, Newport Aquarium and Proctor and Gamble.

He is the Project Coordinator and a draftsman at CAD Details and Design. He has worked on projects including The Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, the University of Evansville, Ivy Tech State College, Tippecanoe County Jail, The New Cincinnati Reds Stadium, Lazarus and various projects at George Koch Sons, LLC.

Mr. Kuester is a North High School graduate and attended The Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.

William W. Waters
Draftsman

Bill Waters brings thirty eight years of experience to CAD Details and Design. He began his drafting and detailing career at Whirlpool and has acquired experience at Bristol Myers Squibb and at George Koch Sons, LLC. He has vast experience in the design and detailing of refrigeration systems, specialty duct and air distribution systems for pharmaceutical and nutritional products, paint finishing systems, ovens, coaters and flatbelt conveyors. He has also worked in the field of maintenance operations and has helped to establish, plan and co-ordinate maintenance and repair to equipment, utilities and structures.
